The "Feedback Score" is a numerical indicator of the overall customer satisfaction achieved by an InetFlea Seller as rated by InetFlea Buyers. Every time an InetFlea Buyer completes a purchase transactions (i.e. Their Shopping Cart contains items from one or more InetFlea Sellers and they successfully complete the Checkout Process), they will have an opportunity to provide feedback to the Seller regarding their purchase.

For each transaction, an InetFlea Buyer can leave Feedback for an InetFlea Seller. Feedback consists of a rating (Excellent, Satisfactory, and Unsatisfactory) and a short comment. These ratings are used to determine Feedback Scores.
