BASIC SEARCH TIPS

Entering Search Terms In Search Box
The InetFlea Basic Search Engine looks for Keywords in the Title of Items for sale. Keywords entered between quotation marks (e.g. "Robert Ludlum") will produce a listing in which the exact phrase is present in the Title of the Item. Otherwise, a listing in which ALL of the Keywords are present in the Title will be produced.

Try Different Search Words
Many different words can be used to describe an item. Use words that are as specific as possible (e.g. A search for "Robert Ludlum Books" is more descriptive than a search for "Books"). Try different combinations of Keywords and limit them to two or three at a time.

Limit the Use of Punctuation
Only use punctuation characters (e.g. "!", "?", "<", etc.) in your search if you are certain they are included in the Title or Description of an Item and that they are critical to the expected results.

Consider Browsing
Unless you are searching for a specific Item, use the "Browse" feature to see a complete listing of all the Items in a given category.
